During this stage we will establish all social media channels and/or review all existing social media channels your business or product has established.

During this stage we will setup advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads and so on to ensure that any paid marketing campaigns can be launched smoothly.
Stage 8: Content → Release → Measure → New Plans
During this phase we execute the marketing campaigns and activities identified in the Marketing Plan. This is likely to involve the development of content, releasing content to social media channels and paid marketing channels, measuring the effectiveness of that content and then modifying planned content as a result of observed performance of the content.
This occurs on an ongoing weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.

Fees and Charges
We are the only Sharetribe partner progressing a plugin framework for Sharetribe. When you work with us you will get our upgraded Sharetribe web template, our integration broker (similar to Zapier), and access to our plugins which are growing by the day. Here is the list of plugin features we currently have and if they are available for Sharetribe web and our Sharetribe Mobile App.

How quickly can you launch a campaign for us?
The timeline for launching a campaign depends on the complexity and scope of your project:
- Standard Campaigns (e.g., social media or email marketing): These can typically be launched within 2-4 weeks, assuming we have all the necessary content and assets ready.
- Complex Campaigns (e.g., multi-channel or paid ad campaigns): These may take 4-6 weeks or longer, as they require additional time for strategy development, asset creation, and setup across platforms.
Our team ensures each campaign is thoroughly planned and executed to achieve optimal results, regardless of the timeline.
How much do you charge?
We charge by the hour, typically at a rate of $40 USD per hour. The total cost depends on the complexity of your requirements. For each project, we estimate the number of hours needed based on your goals and the scope of work. This approach ensures transparency and allows you to understand how your investment is allocated.
I have an ongoing campaign, but I need help optimizing it. Can you assist?
Absolutely. We can analyse your current campaign, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimizations. The cost will depend on the scope of the work, charged at $40 USD per hour.

Regarding content:

How can we be aware of how the work is progressing?
We keep you informed and engaged throughout the campaign lifecycle with regular updates and transparent communication. We deliver customized dashboards and performance reports (depending on request, will report monthly/weekly). Our report will include:

- Abandoned Cart/Sign-Up Reduction: Minimize drop-offs with targeted strategies.
We also charge a report preparation fee, which typically depends on the level of detail required. This ensures you receive comprehensive insights tailored to your goals.
How do I pay you?
Invoices
We invoice every 2 weeks based on work that has been completed and accepted by you.
Payment
Great question!
We accept the following forms of payment:
- All forms of cryptocurrency – transfers of BUSD via Binance are free and the exchange rates are excellent. We particularly like bitcoin.
- Stripe/Airwallex – convenient for credit cards payments however there is a payment fee for you and us.
- WISE – create a free account, load some funds and transfer to our WISE account fee free.
- Local Bank Accounts - We have bank accounts in the USA (USD), EUROPE (EURO), Canada (CAD), Singapore (SNG) and England (GBP) that will accept funds transfer in those currencies. We use transferwise to then move our currency around back to Australia.
- WIRE/SWIFT - International Bank Transfer to our nominated account in Australia (USD or AUD). A very expensive option with poor bank FX rates (not recommended).
All invoices must be paid within 14 days.
If you cannot pay in that timeframe please let us know and we can make payment arrangements.
