• Position: Business Analyst
• Location: 111 Ho Xuan Huong Street, Ngu Hanh Son Ward, Da Nang City
• Work type: Full-time

• Communicate, collect, analyze, and clarify clients’ requirements effectively;
• Participate in meetings and work closely with clients to understand their needs;
• Create visual aids such as flowcharts and diagrams to simplify complex processes andworkflows;
• Interpret high-level goals and requirements that clients describe and break them down intospecific, actionable details for the development team;
• Cooperate smoothly with the team to offer suitable solutions to clients;
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation;
• Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date, clear, and easily accessible to relevant teammembers;
• Work alongside the Project Manager in multiple projects daily, record essential materials andother required tasks to help improve performance of the team;
• Execute manual testing to verify that software solutions meet business requirements andreport bugs to developers;
• Provide feedback and insights on user experience and functionality to help enhance productquality.
• Experiment with AI tools to build prototypes, mini-features, automations, or other practicalsolutions.

• At least 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software projects.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Basic technical understanding of software development, APIs, web/mobile applications, etc.
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, automation,or AI coding tools.
• Self-learning mindset and ability to work effectively with a technical team.
• Have knowledge about BA and IT industry;
• Familiar with Discord and Trello or other teamwork/task management platforms;
