Founded in 2018 from a single apartment in Fortitude Valley, Bedspoke has grown into a national operation managing 400+ properties and processing over 3,000 bookings per month, with more than $150 million AUD in gross booking value generated to date.

- Property Owners (Sellers) list their homes on the platform and hand over full management to Bedspoke, from listing creation and dynamic pricing to housekeeping, maintenance, and guest communications. Owners receive consistent, data-driven returns without managing a single booking themselves.

- Guests (Buyers) browse and book hand-picked properties across multiple Australian cities, each selected for its design, location, and character. Every stay is managed to a consistent 5-star standard, offering the comfort of a private home with the reliability of a professional hospitality operation.
