Position Details

What you will do

1. HR Operations (40%):

  • Maintain and update the employee database with high accuracy and confidentiality;
  • Act as the point of contact for employee inquiries related to policies and benefits;
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and processes (onboarding, offboarding, probation, performance review process, etc.). 
  • Handle SHUI as the manager requested.
  • Prepare and manage labor contracts, renewals, terminations, and employee records;

2. Administration & Engagement (40%):

  • Manage office operations in HCMC, including coordinating with the building management team and monitoring the facilities of JH;
  • Manage office assets, equipment, and supplies to ensure smooth daily operations;
  • Handle purchasing and payment processes within budget and timeline;
  • Collaborate with the Accountant to ensure smooth administrative, payment, and legal documentation processes; 
  • Organize and coordinate internal activities (events, company trips, team building..) and learning activities (training sessions, internal workshops...);
  • Support line managers and the Board of Directors with various HR-related tasks as needed.

3. Recruitment (20%):

  • Manage and coordinate recruitment activities to ensure sufficient personnel for positions;
  • Take ownership of the recruitment process in HCMC, including job posting, screening, and interview coordination; 

Requirements

WE LOOKING FOR POTENTIAL CANDIDATES WITH:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Prefer 1-2 years of experience in an HR/admin position or administration;
  • Experienced in administrative skills with advanced computer proficiency (data entry, processing, communication tools).
  • Good organizational skills for managing internal and external events.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to multitask and handle competing priorities.
  • Energetic, dynamic, with a passion for engaging with people.
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.

LOVE IF YOU HAVE:

  • Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) is a big plus.
